＜Professional Profile＞ 

After gaining experience as a rescue diver with the Japan Coast Guard, he built a career in ship agency, customs brokerage, and as a P&I & Cargo Surveyor. Over 25 years, he has been involved in oil, chemical tanker, and bulk carrier ship management as a professional in safety, ISO quality/environmental management systems, vetting inspections, TMSA, accident investigations, and system improvements.
